Privacy Policy
Love-Ready Society ("we", "us") is a matchmaking service for adults. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. It is written to meet the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is the operator of Love-Ready Society, based in the United Arab Emirates. Contact: privacy@lovereadysociety.com.
What we collect
- Account data: email address, password (stored only as a secure hash) or your Google account identifier, date of birth, language and time zone.
- Profile data: first name, gender, the gender and age range you would like to meet, city, country, languages, intention, and one photo.
- Your answers: your answers to our questions and your dealbreakers. Some optional questions may reveal religious or philosophical beliefs, which is special category data.
- Compatibility profile: scores we calculate from your answers (for example personality traits and attachment style). These are inferences, not facts about you.
- Verification data: a live selfie, used only to confirm you are the person in your photo. Comparing a face to a photo can involve biometric data.
- Activity data: introductions sent, your feedback, conversations, blocks and reports.
- Consent records: which consents you gave or withdrew, when, and the version of the text.
- Technical data: basic logs needed to run and secure the service. We count page visits without storing who visited.

Automated matching
Your answers are analysed automatically to create a compatibility profile, which we use to choose introductions. Neither you nor other members see this profile. Matching decides only who we introduce you to; it has no legal effect on you. You can ask for a copy of your profile, ask us to explain how it is used, or object.
Who can see what
- Other members see your first name, age, city, a compatibility score, three short highlights, and your photo only after you have both sent a message in a conversation.
- Other members never see your answers, your dealbreakers, your compatibility profile or your selfie.
- Our administrator sees what is needed to review photos, selfies and reports.
Service providers
We use Cloudflare (hosting, database and file storage), Resend (sending emails) and Google (optional sign-in). They process data on our behalf under contracts. Their servers may be outside your country; where data leaves the EU, UK or UAE we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep data
- Selfies: deleted 30 days after review.
- Account, profile, answers and conversations: while your account exists. When you delete your account, we delete them within 30 days, except consent records, which we keep for up to 6 years to show we acted lawfully.
- Reports involving safety concerns: up to 2 years.
Your rights
You can access, correct, download or delete your data, withdraw any consent, object to processing, and ask us to restrict it. Most of this can be done in Settings; otherwise write to privacy@lovereadysociety.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example in the country where you live.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Sensitive answers are encrypted in our database. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes.
Age
The service is only for people aged 18 and over. We close accounts we believe belong to anyone younger.
Changes
We will tell members about material changes to this policy before they take effect.
